Nearly a decade later, we were finally able to obtain a plant and now have some to share. Agave gypsophila ssp. pablocarrilloi 'Ivory Curls' is a standout...a showy selection of the unique gypsum century plant which hails from alkaline, gypsum-laden soils in southern Mexico. Each powder blue, wavy leaf is surrounded by a wide, pure white margin. In cultivation, the sparsely-offsetting 2' tall x 3' wide clump of Agave gypsophila ssp. pablocarrilloi 'Ivory Curls' usually flowers in 5-7 years, yielding small clonal plantlets from the flower stalk that form after the flowers fade. Where Agave 'Ivory Curls' isn't winter hardy, it makes a stunning potted plant...just keep the soil pH near or above neutral.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Plant Delights Nursery","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":21029837061,"sku":"10049","price":26.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1527\/8799\/products\/Agave-gypsophila-ssp-pablocarrilloi-Ivory-Curls.i-10049.s-65387.r-1_5b9e09da-14db-48f5-95ed-7fb667188084.jpg?v=1653418671","url":"https:\/\/www.plantdelights.sbs\/products\/agave-gypsophila-ssp-pablocarrilloi-ivory-curls","provider":"Plant Delights Nursery","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
