It is the smallest form of Ardisia japonica that we've ever seen, forming a 6" tall x 2' wide patch in 12 years. The upright woody stems are clothed with narrow evergreen leaves, which are a nice foil for the tiny pink flowers followed by bright red fruit that adorn the clump in the winter months. We think this is a superbly well-behaved form of Ardisia japonica, some larger clones of which can get a bit aggressive in our climate.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1527/8799/products/Ardisia-japonica-Angyo-Pixie.i-14974.s-65934.r-1_cc9b6004-c621-4b25-9746-be9ac8437689.jpg?v=1654181629
