Hymenocallis 'Wetmax' is Vic's selection from his cross of two North American (Mexico) species, the narrow-leaf Hymenocallis maximilliani and the wide-leaf Hymenocallis imperialis. The result is a vigorous hybrid with intermediate width leaves that remain evergreen until temperature drop below 20 degrees F. The tightly-offsetting clumps are topped, starting for us in late June with 30\" tall stalks of fragrant, long-petalled white flowers. Average soil moisture is fine, since both parents are not aquatic.\u003c\/p\u003e ","brand":"Plant Delights Nursery","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":40420054761559,"sku":"17187","price":30.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1527\/8799\/files\/Hymenocallis-maxialis-Wetmax.i-17187.s-67416.r-1.jpg?v=1736351070","url":"https:\/\/www.plantdelights.sbs\/products\/hymenocallis-maxialis-wetmax","provider":"Plant Delights Nursery","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
