Iris 'Nada', a cross of Iris wattii x Iris japonica, forms an evergreen patch, comprised of 2' long evergreen leaves that resemble Iris tectorum on steroids. Our four-year-old clump, which spreads slowly by thick underground rhizomes, is now 4' wide. The ruffled white flowers, highlighted by a yellow throat and a pale lavender central blush, are arranged atop the 2' tall, purple-base, branched flower stalks starting in late March (NC). Iris 'Nada' is a charming woodland shade plant that doesn't tolerate sun like many other iris species.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1527/8799/products/Iris-Nada.i-9419.s-66830.r-1_0b013743-eb6b-4800-8153-a2d61faf84a6.jpg?v=1680815127
