The resulting specimen is a stunning 1' tall x 4' wide clump of silver grey foliage, covered with thousands of small burgundy spots. The deeply channeled leaves spread outward, forming a large, architectural specimen. Mangave 'Whale Tale' produces only sparse offsets, and should flower around year three with a 7' tall stalk of bright yellow, tubular flowers. We've had sister seedlings to Mangave 'Whale Tale' winter hardy in the garden since 2014, with a winter low of 7 degrees F.\u003c\/p\u003e ","brand":"Plant Delights Nursery","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":6364022603815,"sku":"12947","price":23.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1527\/8799\/files\/Mangave-Whale-Tale-PP-31060.i-12947.s-65348.r-1.jpg?v=1766007695","url":"https:\/\/www.plantdelights.sbs\/products\/mangave-whale-tale-pp-31060","provider":"Plant Delights Nursery","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
