From the Garden of Delaware Valley's legendary Bill Frederick (and named after his gardener Paul Skibinsky), this unique fountain grass was found growing in a ditch in Hokessin, Delaware. We like the 4' tall plumes, which have a clear separation between the foliage. After cutting the grass to the ground in early spring, the foliage quickly regrows to 18". In late summer thru fall, the clumps are topped with tan/bronze colored plumes on 4' stalks...superb for border use.
