Tricyrtis ravenii, named after retiring Missouri Botanic Garden director, Dr. Peter Raven, was published as a new species in 2007, so in 2008 we headed to Taiwan to find this elusive mountain dwelling species. This offering represents our seedlings from a population in Taitung County at 5,700' elevation. In the garden, Tricyrtis ravenii produces an upright, 3' tall, slowly spreading clump, topped from late July until frost with flower spikes produced from the terminal leaf axils. Each 1\" wide flower is white with heavy purple speckles. A few hours of sun to light open shade is recommended.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Plant Delights Nursery","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":21028942597,"sku":"9101","price":14.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1527\/8799\/products\/Tricyrtis-ravenii-coll-A1TW-252.i-9101.s-62259.r-1.jpg?v=1662990555","url":"https:\/\/www.plantdelights.sbs\/products\/tricyrtis-ravenii-coll-a1tw-252","provider":"Plant Delights Nursery","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
