From part sun to light shade, Zingiber mioga 'Silver Arrow' produces a patch of 3' tall stalks, each lined with 1' long x 3\" wide leaves, emerging parchment gold and becoming flecked green with a delicious butterscotch frosting. This is a vigorous grower, producing a 5' wide tropical-looking patch in 5 years in good rich soil. The yellow orchid-like flowers magically appear at ground level starting in late summer. Plantsman Aaron Floden tells us that this species came through fine at -15 degrees F in Kansas.\u003c\/p\u003e ","brand":"Plant Delights Nursery","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":21028123845,"sku":"7626","price":25.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1527\/8799\/files\/Zingiber-mioga-Silver-Arrow.i-7626.s-64083.r-1.jpg?v=1777413176","url":"https:\/\/www.plantdelights.sbs\/products\/zingiber-mioga-silver-arrow","provider":"Plant Delights Nursery","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
